I started and ended my Sri Lankan adventure at the Beach Corridor Hotel. I spent 4 nights at the beginning of my trip awaiting the arrival of my far flung friends and then for a few hours on my last day as I had a 2:30 am departure. It’s a great value for one’s money and in a truly convenient location. It’s a short drive from the airport (while the airport is named for Colombo it is actually closer to Negombo) and situated across the street from Negombo Beach. If you need an airport transit you can message the property and they'll arrange it for you. It cost me $15 USD at the time of my stay. There are numerous shops, restaurants, bars, ATMs, and markets all within a short walk. If/when I return I would not hesitate to stay at this property again. The staff are great and very attentive. The rooms are basic with AC, a refrigerator, and an in room safe. The rooms that I stayed in were exceptionally clean and well kept. There are more expensive options not far from the Beach Corridor but for a mid range option I would not hesitate to recommend staying at the Beach Corridor Hotel.

Staff were really kind, professional and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would like to thank all staff and the Manager for making us feel so welcome. Queen room with pool view has a little private lounge area outside each room which is great for hanging out. The upstairs social area with pool table looks cosy and well maintained. Pool area is good for lounging. It was very convenient to have a Resturant on site and the food and service was excellent. Hotel arranged a Massage with an afflicted Sri Lankan Ayurveda Spa that picks up clients from the hotel and drops them back. We will re visit as prices are very reasonable and value for money factor was good.

We did a 5 day stay. Mid june. Weather was a little warm. Breeze most of the time. Little cloudy. The manager & his son picked us up from the airport. We flew in from ME. they were early & on time. Very kind & hospitable. Safe early morning 530am drive to the hotel. We rested a little & Woke up in time for 830-11am breakfast. Food is great, tasty & clean. We Had a choice. What ever we requested within limit was given. No extra charges. Area travel options, suggestions, advice & transport was very good from all hotel staff. Rooms were cleaned upon our request. The view was the pool & to the beach. Busy area but no noise heard in our room. Cable tv had enough of viewing options. The restaurant down by the lobby was busy from noon to night. Food there was great too. Bar guy knows his cocktails. Many shops, restaurants, cafes. Juice bars. souvenir shops & other options near by. 1 minute walk across is the beach & all their stalls & activities. Many currency Xchanges near by. Walk able to a lot of needs & wants. Great location.

The free shuttle from the airport was important arriving at midnight. All of the staff were very kind and attentive. The breakfast was very good and the dinner I ate at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel offers massage off site. The staff at reception made it very easy to book an appointment. I was picked up by a shuttle, taken to a beautiful spa/hotel and the massage was just the right pressure for me.

The location was excellent, the rooms lovely and big with great inclusions. The pool area and restaurant were fantastic. Above all the staff were amazing, smiling happy faces, always eager to help in anyway they could and so friendly, we felt like family. 100% stay here and excellent value for money. Congratulations to Beach Corridor Hotel.

We strongly recommend this hotel! We were picked up at the airport by the owner himself + two staffmembers, because our family did not fit in one car… This was a very relaxed way to start our holiday in Negombo. Moreover, they let us in our room already early in the morning which (with kids and a night flight) was a big help! The rooms are very spaceous and, although the hotel in situated in a busy road, very quiet rooms with a refrigerator, airconditioning and tea&coffee facilities. And a very, very nice pool! Very friendly and helpful staff. They also arranged a very nice boat tour in the lagoon. There are tuktuk drivers in front of the hotel to take you to the centre of Negombo. We are pleased that we are able to spent the last day of our holidays in two weeks at the Beach Corridor Hotel again!

Perfect for nice welcoming to new country , taxi is waiting in the airport, nice staff at the hotel , good AC , clean , bottles of water in the room , breakfast included. We stayed one night and move on and will definitely come back if we will need to stay near airport ( 20 min drive)
